The power generated from NHDC's power stations, presently from ISPS & OSP is being supplied to MPTRADECO. The power generated from generating stations is fed through the busbar to the concerned grid i.e. MP Power Transmission Company Ltd. The State Load Despatch Centre is the apex body designated for integrated operation of power system and proper control & management of the Grid.
The energy supplied from the above generating stations is billed to the bulk power customer i.e. MP TRADE Co. as per the Joint Energy Meter Reading (JMR) signed jointly by the representatives of NHDC & MP TRADE Co. in accordance with the prevailing orders of CERC in respect of that specific projects. The terms and conditions of sale of energy by NHDC is governed by Bulk Power Supply Agreements / Power Purchase Agreements signed by NHDC with the beneficiary states/ Bulk Power customers.
